Paul is a North Carolina native and a graduate of Erskine College and Reformed Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Ramsey, recently welcomed their first baby. Paul joined our staff in May 2025.

Bobby was born and raised in Asheville, NC and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2015. Trey joined our staff in December 2024. He’s a native of Ashland, Kentucky and graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in criminal justice; he is working toward his Master of Divinity degree. Trey also serves as an officer in the Army National Guard.  Trey and his wife, Lydia, recently welcomed their first child.

After several years of volunteering with our children’s ministry, Joni joined our staff in 2025. A graduate of Milligan College, Joni spent about fifteen years as a registered nurse before moving into children’s ministry. Joni and her husband, Luke, have two elementary-aged children.

Callie grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and moved to East Tennessee in 2007. She holds a BSBA in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. Callie and her husband, David, came to Westminster in 2022 and have a son and a daughter. Callie joined our staff in early 2026.

Doug was born and raised in Auburn-Opelika, Alabama. He is a veteran who served a decade in the United States Air Force and a former football/baseball coach, landscape operator, and fitness instructor. Julie is a lifelong resident of Johnson City, TN. She attended East Tennessee State University majoring in Accounting and worked for twenty years in financials before joining the staff at Westminster in 2010.
She married her childhood sweetheart Bob in April 1990. Bob volunteered in Children’s Ministry until 2015 and is currently employed as a computer programmer at Ballad Health. Together they have been blessed to raise a nephew, take care of family, and shelter numerous rescue animals.

Rebecca grew up in Marion, Virginia, then spent several years in Charlotte, NC, before moving to Johnson City in 2003. She is a graduate of Wingate University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a writer, editor, and an active volunteer in her children’s schools. Born in Miami, Florida, David has served churches as music director in Florida, Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee . He holds a BM in Music Education from Carson-Newman College, MCM from Southwestern Theological Seminary and MM from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition to serving churches he has served as Chairman of the Music Department at Clear Creek Baptist College and served on the music faculties of Eastern Kentucky University, Tusculum College and East Tennessee State University.
David and his wife Becky enjoy traveling and have visited all seven continents. They live in Elizabethton and have one son Doug who lives with his family in Scottsboro, Alabama.

David joined the staff of Westminster Presbyterian Church as pianist during the summer of 2020. He is also an Assistant Professor of Music at Milligan University teaching piano and music theory. Previously, he served as pianist for Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Tallahassee, FL for six years. His academic credentials include Doctor of Music and Master of Music degrees in piano performance as well as completion of the Graduate Specialized Studies Program in Pedagogy of Music Theory at Florida State University. He completed his undergraduate studies in his home state of South Carolina earning a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance at the University of South Carolina.
