Our two main avenues of adult discipleship are Sunday School and small groups. Read more about each ministry below.

Adult Sunday School

Our Adult Sunday school classes meet at 9:45am throughout the church building. Many of our classes are inter-generational with the class working through a particular topical study or book of the Bible. Topics usually change each semester; for current information, you may email us at info@wpcjc.org

Classes offered are:

Bereans
- Meeting Place: church library (down the hall from the sanctuary)
- Current topic: the book of Joshua
- Discussion style; age range: 40s-60s; class size 10-15 people
Bridgebuilders
- Meeting Place: Room 102
- Current topic: Spiritual Depression by Lloyd-Jones
- Lecture with discussion; age range: 30s-80s; class size 30-40 people
Connection
- Meeting Place: Parlor
- Current topic of study: the book of Joshua
- Mostly discussion style; age range: 30s-80s; class size 25-30
Sojourners
- Meeting Place: Room 111
- Current topic: sermon review with discussion questions
- Age range: 40s-60s; class size 10-20
Through the Bible
- Meeting Place: Room 109
- Current topic: the book of Judges
- Interactive style with teaching and active discussion; age range: mostly middle aged-to-older adults but all adults welcome; class size 15-25
Young Adults
- Meeting Place: Room 202
- Current topic: sermon review with discussion questions
- Discussion style; age range: college through young professionals; class size 10-15
New Members – Offered twice a year (typically starting in February and August) for 7 weeks each; required for membership and covers the basics of our faith, doctrine, and church
