- Administration–(Contact: Ken Olive or Rick Belzer) Church office and staff, financial accounting,and budgeting
- Children and Youth Discipleship–(Contact: David Burgin – children, Eric Henley – youth) Youth, nursery, all educational ministries, Vacation Bible School
- Adult Discipleship and Shepherding–(Contacts: John Atkins and Theo Hagg) All adult discipleship opportunities, including Sunday School classes, small groups, men’s ministry, Women of Westminter (WOW), library, new member follow-up, seniors’ ministry, shepherding ministry
- Fellowship and Outreach–(Contacts: Andrew Darlington and Rob Hemp) Wednesday night meals, refreshments for all church-wide activities, social events, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, media relations, weekly radio sermons, website, evangelism, ministries of mercy
- Missions–(Contact: Mark Williams) Missions Conference, Faith Promise, missions budget, selection of missions personnel, short-term mission trips
- Service–(Contacts: Deacons) Care of the church building and church grounds
- Worship–(Contacts: Paul Hill and Kevin Shipp) Use of sanctuary, flower ministry, music ministry, sound system, livestreaming, preparation of sacraments
